At present the Sardar Vallabhai Patel Cantonment General Hospital is headed by Medical Superintendent assisted by Two Assistant Medical Officers. Three Asst. Medical Officers are functioning in Picket Dispensary, Trimulgherry Dispensary and Bowenpally Dispensary which are maintained by the Secunderabad Cantonment Board.

The senior most Medical officer acts as Medical Superintendent who will do overall supervision of the Hospital as well as dispensaries.At present the hospital works with OPD facility only.
