Secunderabad Cantonment Board supplies 55 LGD of water to its residents through piped network. In addition water is also supplied through several borewells and water tankers. The Board has 07 pump houses and 09 reservoirs. Water is taken in bulk from HMWS&SB and intern supplied to the citizens. The Section is headed by the Supdt. Water Supply and supported by an Asst. Engineer and field staff.
